Haubenwirt Martin Weiler from the eponymous inn in Laa / Thaya cooks you together with the 5-element nutritionist Eva Rieder, who has a degree in nutrition, after the five elements. The delicacies are served in the midst of the floral diversity of the eco-friendly airfield in Kottingneusiedl, overlooking the picturesque castle ruins of Staatz. The five elements are reflected both on the plate and in the natural environment of the location. The wines are served by the winery Ebner-Ebenauer from Poysdorf and the winery Weinrieder from Kleinhadersdorf.
